Delivery and Returns

Some of the items on this website are in stock, while others are made to order.

​Items that are in stock will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £8. This will require a signature on delivery. 

For those items which are made to order, this could take up to 4 weeks if they are hallmarked which is a legal requirement over a certain weight threshold. They will then be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

If a product is unavailable, you will be informed of the delay and can cancel the purchase if the delivery time is too long. Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and we are not responsible to any delays resulting in postal delays.

Local pick up is available free of charge from Henfield, West Sussex, BN5.

​International Shipping 

International orders will be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For international Delivery and costs £15. Delivery is 7-14 working days depending on location. 

Custom charges may be liable for items shipped internationally. Please note that Joanna’s Designs is not responsible for these charges. Customers should check the local fees before placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges 

Please read the item descriptions and sizes carefully before placing your order. All items are made by hand and so may be slightly different from the photos. Please email me if you have any questions as I will be happy to help.

Returns are accepted except for personalised/commissioned items. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

All items must be returned in original packaging and in an unused condition. Any loss in value due to damage, missing parts or other reasons will be the buyer's responsibility. Return postage costs are at the customer’s cost (using a signed for service is recommended as items lost in transit will not be refunded). Items should be returned within 14 days.

A refund will be issued within 14 days once the item arrives back.

5. Be Gentle: When handling silver jewellery, be gentle to avoid bending or damaging delicate parts.

6. Avoid Chlorine and Saltwater: Avoid exposing silver jewellery to chlorine (found in swimming pools and hot tubs) and saltwater, as they can cause corrosion and damage the metal.
